We live in technological world now a days, so it is very common to get 1000 solutions of your one problem in seconds. Even everyone is now that much updated, even a lay man or an illiterate person
can also give you 100 suggestions for your problem. But the problem is every solution does not suit your problem and every suggestion does not work. In that case you need an authentic and
valuable solution for your problems.
Health is the most sensitive issue of this growing world of diseases. So compromising and giving a try to every thing is not a better idea.

Stay fit
How to loose weight.
But rarely someone tells about all three things. What my research told me is that,  
loosing weight along with staying healthy and fit differs from person to person and region to region. So today i am going to tell you about the few global tips that will not only help you to stay fit and healthy, but it will also help if you want to loose weight
Basic rules to stay healthy:
      Start your day with fresh morning routine
.......Try to get up early it will not only keep you fresh but will also help you to manage you schedule for the rest of the day
.......Drink at least 2 glass of water in an empty stomach that will hydrate your body and will help you to get away from constipation as well.
.......Even if you do not want to loose weight, keep a habit of morning exercise, if not than spend at least 15 minutes on morning walk.
        Eat to live healthy. Don't live to eat:

Try to make your eating habits compatible to this quote. 
.....Healthy fuller breakfast will keep you energize for whole day
......Medium lunch will help you to work for more hours
......Small plate of dinner will be digested easily and will help you to have a calm sleep.
Your daily water intake:
There is no substitute of water, Try to drink maximum 10 to 12 glass of water daily. it will 

  • improve your digestive system
  • freshen up your mood
  • help to loose weight
  • relieve constipation
and much more results you will see when you will develop this habit
TOO much fruits causes "HEALTH":
Whatever fruit you like or any fruit available to you. keep your diet and meals healthy with fruits intake. It will help you to stay FIT, YOUNGER, STRONGER, HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL.
Fruits that contain more water will help you to loose weight as well(pomegranate, watermelon, orange, berries etc).       
ACTIVE LIFESTYLE= Happy life
If you are not a person of exercise that does not matter, i wont force you to do so. But along with keeping your diet and food healthy keep yourself active as well. If you are a busy person then at least take some time out for walking, try to do your little house cores by yourself. Do not spend all your 24 hours either working on desk and laying. Keep yourself active as much as you can.
Give yourself, your body and your soul a little bit of(at least 21 days) time to accept new changes, when they will accept you will get drastic results but STAY CONSISTENT.
