BIGGEST WEIGHT LOSS MISTAKES YOU SHOULD AVOID


I have already published a post on how i lost my weight after pregnancy. It was not easy i had to researched and worked a lot to avoid mistakes and that lead to instant weight gain after you lose it.
Whatever diet regime you follow, no matter what kind of diet you are about to include in your life. You should surely avoid these mistakes in order to lose consistent weight, and keep it shed off for the rest of you life. NOT only avoid these mistakes exclude them from your life as well.
Following are the mistakes to avoid

EATING TOO LITTLE.
Eating too little amount of food will not boost up your cravings but will also slower down your metabolism. As your stomach is used to of en that eating big quantity of food so it will not accept a drastic deduction in that quantity. Make small changes, enough to get accepted.
e.g from whole chappati to quarter one
from 4 slices of bread to 3 slice
from  large plate to medium one etc.

STRESS.
Stress is not the weight loss partner it is in fact the weight gain booster. In situation of stress your body release a hormone that boost up your obesity level. while continuous stress will not only make your look dull but your body less active

.LACK OF SLEEP.
Sleeping schedules help you to get a related mind and body. while ineffective sleeping pattern make your life drastically stressed and tiring. Make a habit of good sleeping schedules that will keep you refresh and you will be able to set high goals.

LESS WATER INTAKE.
Low amount of water intake results in dehydration. Try to drink 10 to 12 glass of fluid specially water daily. It will not only minimize your appetite level but will also keep you refresh

CRASH DIET/ FOLLOWING WRONG DIET.on't follow any diet plan that is not suited to your body and not according to your living style. If you live in an Asian country, following Western diet plans wont work and living in western country, Asian diet wont help you. Get help from a dietitian or some expert then make changes accordingly otherwise whatever you eat, eat the same food but in moderation and avoid large intake of sugar, salt and rice.

EXCESSIVE EXERCISE.
It is very good to do exercise daily but totally wrong to do excessive exercise when you are aiming to lose weight. Do exercise in moderation and according to your body how much it accepts. 

CHEAT DAYS.
Cheat days are merely wrong ideas to follow. Don't indulge in any kind of way to cheat once in a week and vanish all your effort in a minute

INTAKE OF SALT.
Salt result in obesity as it helps in water retention in your body. Don't skip it but use a small quantity of salt in your every meal.

SKIPPING MEALS.
Whatever diet plan you are following, never ever skip your meals. Eat whenever you feel hungry, but eat what is good to lose weight like salad, fruit or nuts etc.

YOU FOLLOW EITHER DIET PLAN OR DO EXERCISE NOT BOTH.
It is very wrong to follow either a diet plan or only doing exercise. If you will only make changes in diet plan without exercise then you will surely gain weight when you will stop following it same is the case with only doing exercise. Do exercise and make changes in diet plan side by side that will be effective and result will be long lasting 

HORMONAL IMBALANCE.
Hormonal balance and few diseases(like thyroid) that leads to obesity. Before any kind of changes in your life style, consult your health care provider to let you make sure for not having any hormonal imbalance or obesity resulting disease. then work accordingly
