HOW I LOST MY POST PRAGNANCY WEIGHT
WEIGHT LOSS has been a great mystery for them who could not achieve their weight loss goals and a piece of cake for those who made it possible for them.
It has never been easy for me to loose weight when everybody used to call me chubby in front of everyone.
During pregnancy only 8 kg of weight and this less was just because i face severe morning sickness in first trimester. After pregnancy as i gave birth with c section because of that i was not able to exercise for the first 2 months and being a breastfeeding mom i always craved for food. So it was also very difficult for me but continuous effort brought it possible.Here are few easy tips that i opted to loose my weight.
Here is the list of strategies that helped me too lose weight.
BREASTFEEDING:
Breastfeeding will not help you lose weight totally, but it helps up to some extent. When you breastfeed your child 5 to 6 times a day it reduces your 500 calories, but that calories reduction will increase your cravings so that needs to be controlled.
PORTION CONTROL:
It is not very difficult to control your portion size. whether you are
a breastfeeding mom or not , whether it is post pregnancy weight loss or regular weight loss. Controlling the amount and size of food what you eat will help you a lot.
Simply reduce your portion size 25% for 1 week when your stomach will become used to of having only 75% then reduce it to 50%. that is enough now . within next week your stomach will get prepare to eat only 50% of what you eat. Eat totally 6( 3 smaller portion of main meals and have fruits, nuts or salad for the other 3 times snacks).
TYPE OF FOOD YOU EAT:
Reduce intake of few main things that not only reduces your metabolism but result in weight gain.
SUGAR, RICE, SALT, BAKERY ITEMS, AND FRIED FOOD. I wont suggest you to not eat these items , eat those items but in a limited quantity once in a week. But not like for the whole week you control and at weekend you eat everything that will wash away your whole effort. don't make any day cheat day thats ridiculously false
EXERCISE:
I have never been an exercise person but i
tried a lot to make it my routine. Being an Asian women and living in joint
family i had to adjust my routine according to family so i only half
an hour daily for exercise i made that half hour totally worked for me. After 2
and half hour of having breakfast i exercised at 10 O'clock what basically i
did
CRUNCHES
3 set of 20 times
SQUAT
3 set of 10 times
PLANK
3 times for 15 seconds( i still cant
do more then this)
JUMPING JACKS 3 set of
30 times
STAIR CLIMBING my staircase consist
of 18 stairs i used to climb 5 times up and 5 times down
and few more which suited me
DRINKS AND TEAS:
I m addicted to milk tea i cannot leave it
in any case so what i did
MILK TEA WITHOUT SUGAR+ A SMALL PIECE OF
GINGER 3 times
GREEN TEA+ CINNAMON +LEMON 2 times
Drink a lot of water that will reduce you
appetite specially 2 glass of water 10 minutes before every meal.
YOU WILL SURELY SEE RESULT BUT IF YOU
WILL DO CONTINUOUS EFFORT FOR 6 MONTH TO 1 YEAR THAT DEPENDS ON YOUR
EFFORTS AND WEIGHT.
